Industrial Filters: Industrial Filters characteristics


Industrial Filters are employed for collection of dry free-flowing dust. Usually dust from the dust-laden air that enters by suction or positive pressure into the hopper. When this flows across the filtering media, the dust is kept on the filter element and the clean air passes through. These are self-supporting Industrial Filters, uniquely ideal for high humidity and heavy dust collection.
G4 Synthetic Bag Filter-

Industrial Filters of this class are often used in those building where non-glass filters are preferred. These are mostly applied in building ventilation, hospitals and food production. Internal Structure:-

Filter Cages: Types of Filters cages in INDIA



Filters cages are a well-known and standard product for industry to remove particular substance from a flowing stream of fluid by passing the fluid through a filter device that traps these substances. Practically gases that have smoke soot and other particulates generated by process such as combustion of fossil fuels etc have been pass through woven or non woven filtration fabrics for cleaning such gasses prior to further handling of such gasses , or exhausting these kinds of gases to the atmosphere . Filters of these types are called as fabric filters or bag filters. A bunch of such filters are employed to provide dust collectors.
A tubular shaped fabric filters are inlay supported by a cage made of wires. These known as filter Cages. These Filter Cages are principally used to retain the appearance of bag filter. Filter Cages are ready in varied length and designs. Bag cages are on the market in the size from 12 to 14 feet (near about 3.5 to 4.25 meters) and a huge filtration system, I.e a bag house might have between 3000 and 5000 filter bags and concerned cages.  Filter Bag Cages are manufactured with using longitudinal steel wires with intermittent circumferential wires and top and bottom caps . These steel wires and other things are welded collectively using special machines and shipped as fabricated unit. 3-304 Stainless steel-  It is a most versatile and normal 18/18 stainless steel. It is on the market in a wider range of products, types and finishes than other categories. It has good forming and welding characteristics. The balance austenitic structure of grade 304 enables it to severely deep          drawn without intermediate annealing.  Which has made this grade dominant in the fabrication of drawn stainless steel parts such sinks, hollow-ware and saucepans etc.
                       
4- 316 /316-L stainless steel- It is a type 316 standard molybdenum-bearing grade. It is second in significance to 304 among the austenitic stainless steel.   It provides 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties that grade 304. Particularly high resistive to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. Steel of this level has excellent welding and forming qualities.
Steel of this caliber is readily brake or roll formed into a wide variety of parts for functions in the industrial field architectural. Steel of this grade has outstanding welding qualities. Post-weld annealing is not required when welding thin sections.
