Industrial Filters: Industrial Filters characteristics


Industrial Filters are employed for collection of dry free-flowing dust. Usually dust from the dust-laden air that enters by suction or positive pressure into the hopper. When this flows across the filtering media, the dust is kept on the filter element and the clean air passes through. The bags are occasionally cleaned by Reverse Pulse Jet type method after a certain time period. Bag filter are produced according to various filtering purposes. These are made of glass fiber or synthetic fiber.
Industrial Filters characteristics:-
 1- Industrial Filters are suited for mostly all kinds of air pollutants having particle size less than five microns.
2- Industrial Filters have Reverse jet type cleaning process, which ensures maximum cleaning efficiency during work.
3- Industrial Filters are acceptable for fixing with nut-bolts or welding also.
Types of Industrial Filters:-  Industrial Filters are of two kinds
1-Coarse Mesh Filters:-
Coarse Mesh Industrial Filters are also employed as primary filters. These are applied in storage room, warehouses, where the requirement of indoor air is less demanding. Coarse Mesh Industrial Filters are manufactured of synthetic material is also applied in multi-stage filtering system. It is classified as follows.
G3 Synthetic Bag Filter-
Industrial Filters of this type are recommended for high performance pre filter or low effectiveness secondary filters for all sensitive indoor climates.  Industrial Filters of these styles are used in hospitals and the food industry where non-glass filters are preferred. These are self-supporting Industrial Filters, uniquely ideal for high humidity and heavy dust collection.
G4 Synthetic Bag Filter-

Industrial Filters of this class are often used in those building where non-glass filters are preferred. These are mostly applied in building ventilation, hospitals and food production. These Industrial Filters are also self-supporting and uniquely acceptable for high moisture and dust collection. These Industrial Filters are produced with exclusive fiber          bonding technology and pocket design. Technology and Design of these bags provide     high-efficiency, high dust holding efficiency, low energy consumption and a longer filter life.
Internal Structure:-
The inside and exterior frames of these Industrial Filters are made of galvanized steel or incinerate plastic. To assure tightness filter pockets are attached to the external frame. Correct opening of the filters pocket is confirmed by using distance holders sewed on the fabric. So reliable and correct functionality and high dust handling capacity is assured. The sewing seams are sealed with hot melt glue.
2- Fine Filters-

 Industrial Filters of this category are used for a great range of purposes, such as for filtering air supply and exhaust. These Industrial Filters are manufactured of synthetic or glass fiber substance. These Industrial Filters are produced to filter of intake and circulation air in air condition systems installed in offices, public premises and industry. It is categorized as follows.
F5 Synthetic Bag Filter-
