Advantages of Portable Dust Collector

Portable Dust collector is a easily transportable device, which is implemented to collect or minimize pollutant elements from air in the workshop, plants and producing units. It is small sized and portable. Portable dust collector has an air clarification system that integrated in the unit, adding both mobility and maneuverability. Portable dust collector is designed to handle high-volume dust loads; a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system. It is distinguished from air cleaners, which use disposable filters to remove dust. Portable dust collector solves air pollution problem made by processing, manufacturing plants. These plants exhaust air-filled with dust and undesirable substances. Here the main job of Portable dust collectors is to gather big dust particles, other dangerous particles and release clean air.

Frequent applications of Portable Dust Collectors include the collection of welding smoke, plastic dust, chemical particles, pharmaceutical dust, soldering fumes, grinding dust and other types of fine substances. Manufacturing plants that employ portable dust collectors are pharmaceutical, metal, grinding, woodcrafting, composites, buffing, blasting, welding, chemical mixing and other food processing plants. Potable dust collector is a hassle-free media, electrostatic or cartridge dust collecting device that can be moved around to various workstation for locally dust collection. Portable dust collector is manufactured mobile by means of a moving trolley joined to the bottom of the base or by handle or strap.

Portable Dust Collector consists of a single filtration system, which is capable to remove contaminated air particles and trap them.  The welded arm is usually externally Assisted by alterable support mechanisms and includes handles on the hood and the first tube so that the arm can be easily maneuvered. The hood is designed for collecting the polluted air and direct it into the exhaust dust system by an air divert er that provides a higher face velocity and a more uniform air flow.

The portable dust collector system is executed through a power panel fastened on the top of the collection unit. This electric powered panel is made up of a filter gauge, on/off switch, toggle value and NPT connection. The on/off switch activates the Electrical motor, which is fixed inside of the collection unit. The power is typically provided throughout a power cord, but smaller unit may work with batter.
Portable dust collector delivers many advantages in addition to their standard dust collection capacities. Firstly portable dust collectors are quick to move at any site, allowing added benefit in the dust collection process. Furthermore ,they can effortlessly receive those pieces which are cause of several illnesses. Portable dust collector also  avoid fires or dirt explosions, and prevent damage  by gathering inflammable and explosive elements . Portable dust collectors are also on the market in different range of sizes and added features, such as the addition of high-efficiency chemical filters.

Portable dust collector  can be applied on multiple workplaces for individual processes. It is effective in tool rooms and wood crafting shop for process such as welding and wood saw mill. Portable dust collector traps dust pieces in the constant stream of air which is pulled down through suction hood and captured.  As the dust collecting industry advances, smaller and more effective portable dust collecting equipments is being developed to meet industrial requirement and increasingly strict ecological rules. We are sure to see much advancement in portable dust collector these coming days.

Non Woven Fabric

Non woven fabric really is a fabric like stuff made with long fibers, attached with each other by mechanical, chemical, heat or solvent treatment. Non woven Fabric is neither woven nor knitted.  Non woven fabric is normally made by putting small fibers together in the mould of a sheet or web & then binding them either mechanically or chemically with an adhesive.
Non woven fabric is typically less strong due to not knit. In recent years, non woven have become an alternative to polyurethane foam. Nonwoven fabric is broadly defined as sheet or web structures bonded collectively by entangling fiber or filaments (and by perforating films) mechanically, thermally or chemically. It is flat, porous sheets that are manufactured directly from separate fibers or from molten plastic or plastic film. It is not manufactured by weaving or knitting and do not require converting the fibers to yarn. Typically, a certain percentage of recycled fabrics and oil-based materials are used in non woven fabric. The percentage of recycled fabrics varies based upon the strength of material needed for the specific use.
Nonwoven fabric is engineered fabrics that may be a limited life, single-use fabric or a very durable fabric. Non woven fabric provides specific functions such as absorbent, liquid repellent, resilience, stretch, softness, strength, flame retardant, washable, cushioning, filtering, bacterial barrier and sterility. These features are often combined to create cloth suitable for specific work, while achieving a good balance between product use-life and cost. It can mimic the appearance, texture and strength of a woven fabric and can be as bulky as the thickest padding. In blend with other materials it provides a spectrum of products with diverse properties, and is used alone or as components of apparel, home furnishings, health care, engineering, industrial and consumer goods. Non-woven fabric has its characteristics, which are as follows:

Characteristics of Non-Woven Fabrics
Non-woven fabric can perform the following specific functions:
It can be used as blotting paper.
It can be used asliquid repellent.
It can be used asresilient.
It can be used asstretchable.
It can be used asdelicate.
It can be used as flame retardant.
It can be used as cleanable.

Non woven fabric as very good strength which enhances its usability in various functions.
